Rosemary Cafe (ÃÔµüÏã) is conveniently located near the Sheraton, just off the cities main walking street.
Due to its location it is very popular with local expats, young Chinese and foreign visitors.
Rosemary Cafe has only 9 tables, so it can easily get crowded in peak time. The prices are good for the location and they don't try to rip you off with an inflated "foreigner menu".
If you stay here for longer than a coffee or two you will meet half of Guilin's Expat population and be able to listen to their rants stories.
The opening time is from 11am to midnight (or as long as the party goes)
