I have experienced difficulties over time with obtaining visa's. One reason for this is my situation being involved in business rather than being employed by a Chinese company. Finally I was put onto "Forever Bright Trading Limited" Chinese Visa Agent in Hong Kong. They are very proficient and helpful being able to answer any questions you have in English.

They are just on the Kowloon side across the harbour from Causeway Bay Shopping district.
If you submit your application before 12pm you can collect it after 5pm same day.

Find them @ www.fbt-chinavisa.com.hk

I lived in Yangshou for three years & not once did I do the tourist boat trip. I travelled short distances on the Li river many times, but always by raft or on a local delivery boat.Always enjoyable.Around town I used local transport, a bike or back of a moterbike. The biggest hassel with Yangshou is the continual need of hawkers to overcharge. They do this to anyone who is not a local, Chinese or not.

Yes, I'm thinking the same. They will probably try to concentrate everything into one place (which most probably also has commercial reasons).

Dedication of the museum, first phase of a three phase project to build the Flying Tiger heritage Park, will be March 2010. It is my understanding that the B24 remains will be moved to the new museum.
